Like Samy, I think that creative work is more meaningful when it becomes useful and generous. Furthermore, I participated in many international festivals such as the Cannes Lions, Eurobest, D&AD and Epica where I won numerous awards and shortlists. During my 10 years, I had the opportunity of working for some great clients such as SFR, Nike, Eurostar, Poulehouse, Mondelez, Warner Bros, Sony Music, Pepsico etc. I joined Brand Station on that same year as a Creative Team with Samy Benama, and was named ECD 5 years later. I’m Damien Guiol, I’m 32 and I’m the CCO of Change & Brand Station Paris, an FCB Alliance. In his free time he loves to collect and listen to soul and funk vinyl from the mid 60s to the mid 80s. ![]() Niels is a regular jury member of the Art Directors Club Germany (ADC) and has been judging various other international award shows. During that time, he produced big and award-winning brand campaigns for blue-chip companies in the telecommunications, retail, publishing, consumer goods and automotive industries. He worked as a creative director for Jung von Matt, Springer & Jacoby as well as KemperTrautmann (now “Thjnk”). Niels has more than 20 years of experience as a creative leader in some of Germany's most renowned ad agencies, including 15 years of automotive experience (BMW, Mercedes, Opel). Prior to BrightHouse, Niels was partner and Chief Creative Officer at Scholz & Friends, one of the leading Germany based creative agency groups. ![]() He has been with BrightHouse since January 2019. He is part of the management team in Berlin and responsible for all creative content innovation. Niels Alzen is Executive Creative Director (Europe) at BCG BrightHouse, a global creative consultancy that helps companies uncover their timeless purpose, to elevate their culture and mobilize their organization. He also made strategic creative hires as well as increased the local team size by five times making it one of the largest creative agencies in Singapore. He boosted the agency’s profitability by leading the team to win major accounts, local and regional, such as Sentosa, Wyeth, KFC, Ministry of Manpower, Abbott Nutrition, Allianz Insurance, La Salle, British Council and Contact Singapore. Raju transformed Grey Group Singapore into the country’s fastest-growing creative outfit within a year. ![]() Within 12 months of taking over the duties at Grey Indonesia, The agency was awarded “ Creative agency of the year (Silver) at the Campaign Asia Awards in December 2018. Grey Group Thailand went on to become 2015 Digital Agency of the year. Agency of the year and Digital agency of the year at the Gong show Singapore in 2015. Winner of The "Agency professional of the year - 2011 and "Agency Head of the year" 2014 at the Singapore Hall of fame awards show, Under Raju's leadership, Grey Group Singapore won the Creative Agency of the year at SPHINK awards 2013 and the Global Healthcare Agency of the year 2014. ![]() He lead Grey Singapore and Thailand before that. Prior to that he was the CEO of Grey Group Indonesia. Raju is an Integrated brand builder with years of experience in multiple categories across various regions and communication disciplines.īefore joining Genero, Raju did a short stint at REDHILL Communication to launch Redhill Studio, an integrated creative services practice.
